Coming from a second-generation insurance broker family, Zoey has insurance in her DNA. With nearly 15 years of industry experience, she began her career as a domestic underwriter at CGU Insurance in Brisbane. In 2013, she joined Holdfast as a Broker Assistant and has since grown into her current role as Junior Account Manager.

Zoey has worked with a diverse range of clients and businesses, earning a reputation for her meticulous attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and ability to build strong, lasting relationships. Her deep-rooted understanding of the industry, shaped by both personal and professional experience, makes her a trusted advisor to her clients.

Outside of work, Zoey enjoys camping adventures with her family, nurturing her garden, watching a good movie, and embracing the peace and simplicity of the outdoors. Her approachable nature and commitment to excellence make her a valued member of the Holdfast team.
