Kathryn brings over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked with small to medium brokerages. Her career also includes time with an underwriter, where she gained valuable expertise in claims handling and developed insights from both broker and underwriter perspectives.

Over the years, she has advanced from administrative roles to her current position as an Account Manager, building a strong understanding of business operations and general insurance.

Kathryn's experience spans across all classes of general insurance, and she prides herself on delivering exceptional customer service to meet her clients' unique insurance needs.

Following the recent merger of another brokerage with Holdfast, Kathryn joined the Holdfast team and is looking forward to continuing her career with them.

Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys watching Formula 1 and V8 Supercars and even attends races both locally and abroad whenever she has the opportunity.
