Lisa is the Team Leader for the Personal Lines Division at Holdfast Insurance Brokers. Lisa leads a dedicated team that specialises in providing tailored domestic insurance solutions to their clients.

She works across all domestic policy types, including home and contents, landlords and motor vehicle insurance. Lisa is passionate about helping clients understand their coverage and ensuring they are properly protected, no matter their circumstances.

Known for her attention to detail and customer-first approach, Lisa plays a key role in developing internal processes, mentoring new team members, and fostering long-term client relationships. Her goal is to make the insurance process as clear, efficient, and stress-free as possible.

Outside the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
