Kelly has been with Holdfast for over 20 years, and in that time, worked in every part of the business. Having completed her Diploma in Business Management, she was thrust into an old school style apprenticeship that saw her gain experience as Receptionist, Assistant Broker, Broker, and Sales Manager, before being appointed General Manager in 2014.

Kelly has an unrivalled depth of knowledge in every aspect of insurance broking, and a strong commitment to the important role that insurance plays within the community. She is one of a number of strong female leaders who are redefining insurance in Australia.
