Karen is no stranger to the insurance industry, having worked in the sector for more than 40 years. During her career, she has held roles with major insurance companies, owned and operated her own insurance agency, and most recently managed a brokerage.

Along with Karen's extensive knowledge of the general insurance industry, she is known for her integrity, genuine care for her clients, and commitment to ensuring they have the right insurance protection in place. Her clients know they can rely on her for honest advice and ongoing support.

Karen loves what she does and enjoys helping people, which is why she joined the Holdfast team.

Outside of work, Karen is involved in Calisthenics, enjoys AFL football, and loves spending time with her family.
