FAQs
Are my premiums tax deductible?
In most cases, Yes. Consult with a registered tax agent first.
Do I have to use up my sick leave first?
No. However the applicable waiting period must apply.
After that period of time if you wish to maintain your
accumulated sick leave at time of claim your employer
will advise us that you will not be using the remainder
of your leave.
Am I covered if I am injured while I am playing sport?
Yes, although professional sport (ie where you receive
payment for playing) may be excluded.
How do I make a claim?
You will need to complete a claim form, provide a doctors
report and attach current payslips from your employer or
profit and loss statements if you are self employed.
Are there any circumstances when I will not
be covered?
There are exclusions on the policy - we will provide you with
Product Disclosure Statement please read if for full details.
